Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Saxmundham Airport Solution. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you explicitly acknowledge and accept, without reservation, the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

Saxmundham Airport Solution, denoted as “we” or “us,” refers to the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” apply to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Saxmundham Airport Solution is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability during the scheduled pick-up time.

2.2 Ensure the reservation of a suitably sized vehicle for passengers and luggage. Saxmundham Airport Solution does not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless otherwise specified, do not include VAT, which may be charged separately. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period incurs charges at the standard Saxmundham Airport Solution rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, it is not obligatory for us to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation thoroughly. Failure to notify discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which Saxmundham Airport Solution will not be held responsible.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for cleaning costs if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Ensure appropriate restraint for all children in the car based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with passenger limits specified by licensing or insurance is mandatory.

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may be subject to charges on the original payment.

Liability

6.1 Saxmundham Airport Solution is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No circumstances exist where we are responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle for you to complete your journey promptly.

6.4 You indemnify Saxmundham Airport Solution for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver through abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Saxmundham Airport Solution may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Saxmundham Airport Solution can modify terms and conditions, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms for awareness. Existing bookings will be honored at rates effective at the time of booking.

8.3 Information handling aligns with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement represents the complete understanding between Saxmundham Airport Solution and yourself.

8.5 No provisions in these terms and conditions confer benefits to third parties unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Saxmundham Airport Solution.
